Ashley Duraiswamy is a doctoral candidate at the University of Oxford, where she specializes in Victorian literature. While studying creative writing at Yale, she published poetry and short fiction in The Yale Literary Magazine and creative nonfiction in The Yale Daily News. Her work has appeared in The Daphne Review, The Apprentice Writer, and Manuscription Magazine, among others. After serving as reader for The Yale Review, she became Publishing Director of the Oxford Writers' House.
